I enjoy the great smiles, fun staff, and delicious pancakes ❣️ Today was our second visit to this 1959 restaurant within 3 days. Planning another visit so that I may explore more exciting flavors of pancakes! Enjoy pancakes, waffles, burgers, fries, even vegan options!! The welcoming staff at The Pancake Man is sure to have something to please all palates. 👩‍🍳🥞YUM!

The cinnabon waffle was super!! Our waitress was wicked nice and helpful with what to order. Very happy we decided to stop for breakfast!

Very busy place with nice staff. Freshly squeezed oj was good. The chocolate chip banana pancakes were a little tough and burnt on the edges.

The food is fantastic and comes out quickly. The ambiance is a bit noisy but the food is absolutely worth it. The OJ is fresh squeezed and absolutely amazing. The portions are very big on most pancake plates and the menu is very varied. I've been coming here for years and will always keep coming back.

Food was cold, service was terrible, and the syrup tasted like it was watered down. A farcry from the restaurant they used to be.

This place is fresh everything. The freshest toast, eggs, hash, orange juice, everything! This should be your one and only breakfast location.

Biggest and best breakfast in the Cape. I usually go for savory and the Breakfast burrito is amazing. My fiance is more on the sweet side and she loves their choices of pancakes. Pancake man is always a great stop for the weekend! Make sure to grab a shirt to show your love for the Pancake man!

Great food, as well as atmosphere. Appropriate for any age group and size party. The server was pleasant, efficient and the food was great! The business was steady, but the food came out quickly. The breakfast was plentiful, appealing to the eye and more than I could finish.

One of our favorite places to go every time we are on the Cape, it's consistently delicious breakfast food served by really friendly staff. Love the red-white-and-blue pancakes. Coffee is great, as well as the fresh-squeezed orange juice.

This is our favorite breakfast place on Cape Cod, bar none! We visit every time we go there, and the staff is always helpful, friendly, and quick. Even when the line is out the door, you are still seated promptly, as there is so much room that someone is always leaving a table to make space for the next guests. I highly recommend the Red, White, and Blue French Toast, but order it early because it tends to run out!

Great breakfast food with lovely poached and sunnyside up eggs. The bacon is full of flavor and the pancakes were so fluffy. The place has a great atmosphere and good seating.

You can get an amazing real orange juice :0!!!

Easy to find, parking available. Lots of tables, handles lots of customers easily. Friendly staff. Large selections of breakfast and lunch foods. Reasonable prices.

Super little restaurant with a homely feel. Really nice staff and really good food.100% need to check this place out. Doesn't feel like a chain restaurant which is really nice. Old style decor but new style food. Overall well worth 5 stars.

I ordered chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. They were delicious and filling. I couldn't finish them. As you entered, I was greeted by a hostess who was very friendly. Our server was nice and the price was fine.

I was pleased to be seated right away but I was disappointed to get my breakfast nachos that didn't match the description on the menu. Don't get me wrong, they were still tasty, but the menu said black beans and corn. They had neither but had bell peppers and onions (which weren't listed as ingredients). Kids' portions were perfectly sized for them. Had to ask for coffee refills which at a breakfast joint I was surprised by. All tasty, just not a 5 star experience.

The waitress was less than attentive. We got 1/2 of our order. But of course the entire order was on the bill. She brought the breakfast out like it was dinner appetizer then main course. Coffee was a waste of cup washing. Just horrible. The decor was cool- old milk jugs and cans.

My favorite place to go when we're in the area. I love the pancakes and skillets they're my favorite. Fresh squeezed orange juice is amazing too.

The food was good, got the veggie skillet, it was reasonably prices and tastey. My friend got the red white and blue french toast, it's french toast made with blueberry muffin bread...amazing. I gave it three stars because I am vegetarian and found a piece of meat in my food.

Great breakfast food, great staff and nice ambiance. Was here for a family vacation with wife and 3 kids and all loved it, even bought a shirt and coffee mug!

I go here with my family almost every year. The breakfast here is great. They have almost everything like peanut butter pancakes to breakfast nachos. I love this place.

Saw this place on Chronicle and I must say they did not disappoint. Satiated our savoury as well as sweet tastes.The cinful pancake = scrumptious - soft and fluffy. Also had the French toast, strawberry waffle and some omelettes - Mexican omelet with🥑 and sour cream was #1🤤😋And our waitress, Alex (hope I spelt it right 🤔) was the best 👍👏. She was sweet, super friendly and very nice.

Very nice place, the servers is it a great, it’s a little bit busy in the morning. And the food is great they have desserts too. Definitely you should try the pancakes specially the blueberry ones.

Our son is a breakfast food lover (who isn't), and we make every effort to find places to eat. We passed The Pancake Man on our way to the Pirate Museum and knew we had to eat there. We were not disappointed. The food and service was excellent! My wife and I both had the green chili breakfast burrito (it was awesome) and my son had 4 pancakes. Next time we visit the area this is one of our must go places!

We went there this AM for breakfast at around 11:15AM. We ordered and the food came out in no time (4 minutes). Now I know why. The food tasted old and warmed over, like it was made either at 6AM or yesterday. Very disappointed with the quality of the food. The service was friendly and good. Granted this is off-season (October 29) and there were only 2 other people there for food when we went. I got the cinibun pancakes and a side of bacon and my wife got an omlet and some home fries. Pancakes were OK, omlet was OK, home fries tasted old and reheated many times, bacon was definitely not freshly cooked. We will NOT be going back, ever.

Best blueberry French toast! Not too sweet, lighter than expected and slightly crunchy on the outside. Loaded with fresh fruit.

Amazing Banana Walnut Pancakes Blueberry muffin french toast, & sticky bun waffles! The hostess is super nice & friendly as well as the wait staff! Look forward to going back when were back in town!

Excellent food, excellent service! The parking area is tough to navigate but that's just the intersection and in no way under their control. Get your breakfast/brunch here! It is very busy around noon (line out the door), I would recommend going before or after that hour mark

Adorable place, and lovely food. The pancakes are delicious and the other plates were just as good. Our server was charming and helpful. Great place for breakfast (any time of day).

there's always a super cool sand sculpture outside of this place in the summer. the sculpture is almost as cool as the line outside of this place is long. don't let that dissuade you, it moves pretty fast. the staff here is young but the food is always delicious. the pancakes are plentiful, the omelettes and skillets will always fill you up. this place is well worth it and reasonably priced. we can't miss a pancake man stop at least once a year on vacation at the cape.

I love this place. Everybody is very friendly und the food is very good. Especially for tourists a very american place. 👍

3.5 - 4 star: Waitress is friendly and provide attentive service. I got the cinnuful pancake and my cousin ordered the breakfast burger. Cinnuful pancake tastes very good, similar to cinnamon bun (w/o the icing).

My daughter loves this place...why, I couldn't say. The food is good enough. Portions are nothing special. Prices are comparable to other similar breakfast spots. For a place called "The Pancake Man" their pancakes leave a little to be desired. It's centrally located in Yarmouth.... about the best thing I can say for it.I don't hate it...just nowhere near my favorite.

My wife and I went for the first time. She ordered the blueberry belgium waffle, I got the cinnamon pancakes with eggs, bacon and sausage. Literally no exaggeration; best pancakes I've ever had, and my wife said the same thing about her waffle. Meals came out 4 minutes after ordering, and everything was prepared perfectly. Nice interior decor. Service was excellent. Zero complaints. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
